The Presbyterian Blue Hose will be returning home after a two-game road trip. The Blue Hose and the High Point Panthers will face off in a Big South battle at 7 p.m. ET on Wednesday at Ross E. Templeton P.E. Center. The teams split their matchups last year, with High Point winning the first 81-57 at home on the road and Presbyterian taking the second 71-56.
Presbyterian was within striking distance but couldn’t close the gap on Monday as they fell 74-69 to the Hampton Pirates.
Meanwhile, High Point beat the UNC-Asheville Bulldogs 91-83 this past Saturday.
High Point’s win lifted them to 10-13 while Presbyterian’s defeat dropped them down to 11-14. We’ll see if High Point can repeat their recent success or if the Blue Hose bounce back and reverse their fortune.
