The Maryland-Eastern Shore Hawks are on the road again Saturday and play against the Liberty Flames at 5 p.m. ET Nov. 27 at Liberty Arena. Liberty will be strutting in after a victory while the Hawks will be stumbling in from a loss.
It looks like Maryland-Eastern Shore got the smaller half of the wishbone at Thanksgiving dinner. They took a hard 66-55 fall against the Campbell Fighting Camels on Wednesday.
As for Liberty, they have more to be thankful for after their contest against the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats on Tuesday. Liberty walked away with a 59-51 win.
Maryland-Eastern Shore is the clear underdog, so they’re hoping it’s the size of the fight that determines this one. However, those who like betting on the underdog should be happy to hear that they are 4-0 against the spread when expected to lose.
