Fans of the New York Knicks were not happy on Wednesday night after the team blew a 28-point lead to fall to a Brooklyn Nets team that was missing its biggest stars.

There was plenty of blame to go around for the loss but many of the Knicks faithful point their fingers at head coach Tom Thibodeau.

Thibodeau can’t seem to find a rotation that works and is making choices that many supporters don’t understand.

Knicks fans took to the web to let their opinions be known.

Some were quite blunt and clear about their desire to see Thibodeau go.

Other fans used evidence as to why Thibodeau needed to be fired.

They highlighted how he isn’t relying on the right stars at the right time and has seemingly refused to change the way he coaches throughout his season.

It’s now becoming obvious that Thibodeau isn’t the proper fit for the Knicks at this time.

There are quite a few Knicks fans who are taking note of that, suggesting that he needs to go, either now or later.

Time To Go For Thibs?

Talk about Thibodeau’s firing has persisted since it became obvious that this season’s Knicks aren’t as good as last season’s.

The team has been struggling since the beginning and has shown no progress in any aspect.

It’s true that some of the star players, including Julius Randle, are not playing like themselves but many people point out that it’s Thibodeau doing the most damage.

His resistance to change and to find a lineup that works for his squad is infuriating to many.

Perhaps, in the end, it will be Thibodeau’s own words that come back to haunt him the most, as he suggested that Wednesday’s loss means anything – and anyone – is replaceable now.
