LeBron James May Have One More Cleveland Homecoming

There is no doubt that LeBron James is the most important part of the Los Angeles Lakers…at least for now.

James put his future with the team into doubt this past weekend when asked about perhaps playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers one more time before he retires within a few years.

When asked about a potential return to the Cavs, James said “the door’s not closed on that.”

As you can imagine, even that short statement sent the entire NBA world into a tailspin and definitely got the Lakers’ front office nervous.

Back To The Land?

When James first left the Cavaliers early in his NBA career, he was seen as a villain because he chose the Miami heat over his hometown team.

However, he returned several seasons later and ended up winning a championship for Cleveland before departing for the west coast where he’d win another ring for the Lakers.

You would think he’d retire in LA because of his age but this 37-year-old is showing few signs of slowing down.

It’s really not out of the realm of possibility that he’d still be capable of playing great even after his contract with LA expires in 2023.

If that’s the case, why not come back to Cleveland and close out his career where it all started?

That would forever cement James as an absolute legend in Ohio and would be a wonderful way to conclude his historic time in the NBA.

But will it happen or is this just James talking nice and making Cavs fans happy during the All-Star Game, which was held in Cleveland?

The likelihood of James coming back to Cleveland isn’t high but anything can happen with him.

Courtside Tickets For Celtics, Heat Game 7 Are Going For Unbelievable Price

It doesn’t get any better than an NBA Game 7.

The Boston Celtics will look to punch their tickets to the NBA Finals for the second year in a row, and they’re one of the most popular franchises in the sports industry.

That’s why it’s not surprising to see that courtside tickets for today’s must-win clash are going for as high as $35,000, according to TickPick.

It’s only normal to see people paying up for a chance to witness history in the making.

The Celtics can become the first team to come back from a 0-3 series deficit in the history of the NBA playoffs, not to mention the fact that a win in the NBA Finals would make them the winningest team in NBA history again.

It’s crazy to see how much money some people are willing to spend on sports memorabilia, tickets, and whatnot, but some people literally save their entire lives to have a chance to witness something like this.

Also, courtside tickets are usually for wealthy people, businessmen, or celebrities, so it’s not like the average person will be paying that much money in today’s game.

Whatever the case, whether you’re at home or in the last row, this will be a must-watch game for hoops fans all over the world, and that’s why we love this league so much.

Skip Bayless Wants The Cowboys To Sign 1 NFL Player

The NFL is keeping close tabs on DeAndre Hopkins.

The former Houston Texans star is now a free agent after being released by the Arizona Cardinals, and there’s no shortage of potential suitors lining up to make a run at him.

That’s why Skip Bayless made a case for his beloved Dallas Cowboys to try and sign him, citing that Jerry Jones knows the team’s Super Bowl window might be closing and that he needs to make some moves.

Bayless pointed out the fact that just a couple of weeks ago, Hopkins was tied to a move to the Cowboys, adding that the team should do what they need to give their ‘pretty good, not great’ quarterback a chance to win football games.

Skip also said that the Cowboys currently have more cap space than the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs, so they could make Hopkins a more compelling offer to lure him to America’s Team.

Notably, the Cowboys already have a more-than-decent wideout corps with CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup, and Brandin Cooks.

Still, none of them — not even Lamb — are better than Hopkins, so he would obviously be a major upgrade for their WR room, even at this point in time and after all the injuries.

Then again, the Cowboys might not be the most appealing destination for Hopkins, money aside.

He’d get a much more realistic chance to win a ring in Buffalo or Kansas City, not to mention the fact that he’d play for a top-tier quarterback on both of those teams.
