Being a professional athlete is a truly blessed career, as it allows one to enjoy a lavish lifestyle that just about all other Americans could only dream of.

LaMelo Ball, a star guard for the Charlotte Hornets, is still on his rookie contract, but he isn’t shy about spending his money.

He has a new watch that looks like something out of a dream.

Ball has established himself as the most productive of his brothers, and at age 21, he is starting to look like a potential superstar.

He averaged 23.3 points, 8.4 assists, and 6.4 rebounds a game this season, a year after he made his first All-Star team by putting up 20.1 points and 7.6 assists per contest.

At 6-foot-7, Ball is a very tall point guard, which gives him an advantage in terms of being able to see and shoot over defenders, and it also allows him to guard players at multiple positions on the other end of the floor.

Unfortunately, his 2022-23 season was cut short by a fractured right ankle he suffered at midseason.

The Hornets won just 27 games this year, making them one of the worst teams in the NBA, and their hopes of becoming respectable fall disproportionately on Ball’s shoulders.

Unfortunately, they missed out on getting the No. 1 pick in the 2023 draft, which would’ve allowed them to take French phenom Victor Wembanyama.

Charlotte has a couple of potential trade chips in the form of guard Terry Rozier and forward Gordon Hayward they could look to use in order to improve and get younger.
